The Law Office of Bryan J. There are innumerable reasons that you or your business might become embroiled in a commercial lawsuit. Often, commercial lawsuits arise when one party perceives that a breach of contract has taken place, when a dispute arises as a result of a failure to put a contract in place, or when a contract does not clearly define certain matters that are are triggered during the course of a business relationship.

Mr. Swerling has litigated matters that include, but are not limited to breach of contract issues, collection issues, and insurance coverage disclaimers.

Mr. Swerling is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and two federal courts–the United States Southern District of New York and the United States Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Queens County Bar Association, the Bronx County Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School.
